Job Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Intern to join our team with a primary focus on Corporate Development. This internship is ideal for current MBA students looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth environment with exposure to strategic initiatives and external stakeholder communications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to support ZBD’s growth strategy through effective information synthesis, pipeline tracking, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s pipeline of external communications and partnership opportunities.
• Support internal teams in collating data and content for presentations, investor decks, and external-facing materials.
• Organize, update, and manage internal documentation and company records related to corporate development and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Ensure all documentation and presentation materials meet high standards of quality and clarity.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Current MBA student seeking a summer internship with 4–6 months of availability.
• Career interests aligned with Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or growth-stage startups.
• Prior experience or internships in Corporate Development, M&A, Strategy Consulting, or related roles highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and stay highly motivated and responsive.
