We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr Search Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our search marketing strategies, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and App Store Optimization (ASO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic and paid search traffic, improving search visibility, and maximizing conversion rates across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive search marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, ASO) to drive traffic, engagement, ZBD app downloads, sign ups, leads and revenue growth.
- Perform competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and analytics.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and linking strategies to improve search rankings.
- Monitor and improve technical SEO performance, including site speed and mobile optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and reduce cost-per-click (CPC).
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad copy, keywords, and bidding strategies.
- Manage budgets and forecasting for paid search campaigns.
App Store Optimization (ASO):
- Optimize app store listings (Google Play, Apple App Store) to increase visibility and downloads.
- Conduct keyword research specific to mobile apps and implement optimization strategies.
- Track app performance metrics and implement improvements based on data insights.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and ASO.
- Proven track record of driving organic and paid search growth.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI in paid campaigns.
Skills:
- Proficiency with SEO and SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong analytical skills, including SQL capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
