ZBD is building the future of interactive payments in Gaming. The ZBD app lets users jump into a universe of games and apps, connect with friends and earn Bitcoin while having fun. ZBD also empowers developers to embed bitcoin payments into video games and applications, such as podcasting and music streaming. We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Product Marketing Manager to bring new products to market, develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, adoption, and revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of Game developers, competitive landscape, and product value propositions. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of crafting compelling messaging and driving go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze data to identify market opportunities and challenges.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and updates, focused on providing payments services to the gaming sector.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to ensure successful launches.

Positioning & Messaging:

  • Craft clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with the gaming sector, including sector sub-verticals and personas.
  • Develop unique selling points (USPs) and differentiation strategies.

Content Creation:

  • Develop marketing collateral, including product videos, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
  • Create and manage content for various channels (website, social media, email, etc.).

Sales Enablement:

  • Train and support the sales team with product information, competitive insights, and marketing materials.
  • Create and maintain sales tools, such as pitch decks and product guides.

Campaign Management and Performance Tracking:

  • Work closely with BD and teammates – including the Copywrite and PR lead – to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive ZBD sales in the video gaming space.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Use analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B Marketing, or related roles.
  • A background in marketing within the video games sector, or, at a minimum, a strong understanding of the video games business (dynamics, key players and industry challenges) through work in adjacent markets (such as game analytics software or other developer-centric video game tools).
  • A strong understanding of the payments sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
