We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Ad Operations Manager to lead ad operations for ZBD’s offerwalls/offer-based campaigns. This role involves trafficking, implementing, and monitoring campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, and maximizing performance through data analysis and technical troubleshooting, while providing support to Advertisers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize a high volume of offers (100+ weekly) across various ad placements, adjusting awards, copy, and caps to achieve revenue targets.
- Independently execute the full campaign lifecycle, from trafficking and implementation to launch and ongoing optimization, meeting tight deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive ad operations support and white-glove service to clients and the sales team, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proactively monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and integrations, collaborating effectively with internal and external teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the offerwall and affiliate marketing space.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of ad operations processes and documentation.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Proven experience in ad operations, specifically within the offerwall or offer-based advertising ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing technologies, including tracking platforms, MMPs, and ad servers.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing various tracking methods, including postbacks, global postbacks, and pixel tracking.
- Extensive experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as Tune, Appsflyer, Singular, Adjust, and more.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks like Everflow, Impact, Radius, Commission Junction, and Awin.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of ad quality standards and best practices for creative asset management.
