We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mobile Marketing Manager, Ad Ops & Platforms, who is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling user acquisition efforts across various digital platforms. This role involves integrating new marketing channels, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, extensive experience with paid acquisition platforms, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Integration:
- Identify and evaluate new paid acquisition platforms and tools to drive user growth.
- Lead the integration of new advertising platforms, including technical setup and data tracking.
- Maintain and optimize integrations with existing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and more).
Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute acquisition campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Implement A/B tests to improve ad effectiveness and user engagement.
Data & Analytics:
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of acquisition initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to understand campaign successes and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data flow and platform integration.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure ad assets are aligned with brand standards.
- Engage with external partners and platform representatives to stay updated on best practices and new features.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in paid user acquisition, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of integrating and managing digital advertising and analytics platforms, including Appsflyer and Metabase.
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including SQL proficiency.
- Excellent project management and communication abilities.
- Experienced advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Technical proficiency in data integration and tracking systems (e.g., APIs, SDKs).
