Job Description

As a Voltage Sales Account Executive, you’ll be instrumental in accelerating revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and driving our sales operations. We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B FinTech or SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance and Innovation:

  • Create and execute outbound sales strategies to source new deals through the sales process
  • Assess inbound leads, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through our sales process
  • Understand and address customer needs and goals, their desire for Lightning integration, in order to offer tailored solutions that effectively service pain points
  • Craft and deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate our unique value proposition
  • Drive negotiations to secure contracts and terms that align with both client and company objectives
  • Guide prospects through the sales journey, showcasing how Voltage can support their business growth

Market Expansion and Analysis:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients to promote our products and services, leveraging exceptional communication skills to generate leads and close sales
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements through continuous research
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals

Strategic Client Engagement:

  • Increase the average annual account value of each customer group you serve
  • Foster and nurture enduring relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to innovate and deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations

Team Collaboration and Optimization:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support
  • Provide insightful feedback to enhance product/service offerings, incorporating customer insights and market trends
  • Contribute actively to streamline internal processes, optimizing team efficiency and effectiveness

What You Bring to the Role

  • 2-4 years of B2B FinTech or SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals
  • Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
  • A working knowledge of Bitcoin and the Lightning Network preferred
  • Proficient in conveying technical concepts clearly
  • Showcase the capability to work efficiently in a remote environment, ensuring productivity and effective collaboration with team members
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with an ownership mentality and a commitment to ethical conduct
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
