These include: buying and selling bitcoin directly to and from cold storage, bitcoin retirement accounts, bitcoin-backed loans, concierge services to educate clients on best security practices, and cold storage solutions for institutions and other businesses.
Job Overview
We’re looking for a Growth & Product Marketing Manager to help us scale Unchained’s digital presence and connect more people with the power of bitcoin-native financial services. This role is all about blending data-driven marketing with thoughtful product storytelling—building and optimizing campaigns that generate demand, educate prospects, and support sales.
In addition to managing performance marketing campaigns, you’ll support broader product marketing initiatives—from customer research to messaging development—collaborating closely with teams across marketing, product, and sales.
Reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you’ll combine sharp execution in paid media with product storytelling that resonates. If you thrive at the intersection of growth strategy and creative marketing—and love turning big ideas into measurable results—this role is for you.
What You Will do
- Develop, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Twitter/X, Meta, LinkedIn, reddit, display, podcasts (including programmatic advertising), and OTT channels.
- Lead digital ad campaign strategy and execution end-to-end, including concept development, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and performance measurement.
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable, executive-level insights.
- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to inform product positioning, messaging, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, product, design, and data teams, as well as manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Continuously seek and test innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness, improve ROI, and scale growth efforts rapidly.
Who You Are
- You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns independently, including budget oversight.
- You have deep knowledge of Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and Meta Ads
- You are able to turn analytics into strategic insights
- You have exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- You are able to quickly conceptualize and execute campaigns, bringing urgency and innovation to projects.
- You obsess over customer experience, product storytelling, and brand consistency.
- You live in the United States.
Nice to Haves
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- You have experience with LinkedIn, reddit, display, podcasts, and OTT advertising
- You are familiar with platforms and tools including HubSpot, Braze, and Hightouch (or similar CRMs, CDPs, and DSPs).
- You have experience building landing pages, conducting A/B testing, and familiarity with Webflow.
- You have a keen eye for design, copywriting, and user experience.
- You have certifications in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- You have experience working in the Bitcoin space.
