The Team

Kraken’s Acquisition team is responsible for helping us drive step-change client growth by expanding our top of funnel and increasing potential client’s intent to sign up for Kraken. If you are passionate about driving growth and working closely with our marketing team to bring more people into the exciting world of crypto with Kraken, then you’re in the right place.

The Opportunity

  • Design and execute a strategy for how to increase Kraken’s top of funnel reach in new and innovative ways – widgets, bots, social sharing, we’re here for it.
  • Build a best-in-class referral program leveraging our existing client advocates, affiliate partners, and more.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand, seamlessly with marketing and our product teams across business units to continuously deliver thoughtfully integrated channels to expand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product acquisition and marketing.

Skills You Should HODL

  • Minimum 7+ years of product management experience ideally with experience working in growth teams focused on the top of the funnel
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and iterating on referral programs at scale
  • Experience in data gathering, quantitative analysis, and the ability to translate these into actionable strategies.
  • Love for AB testing and experimentation
  • Proactive mindset, always looking for innovative, yet simple solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in interacting and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the skill to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices.
