The Team

The Growth Platform group powers how Kraken communicates and ships experiences at scale—spanning CommTech, MarTech, Content Platform, CMS, and the Affiliate/KOL Platform. You’ll lead product strategy and operating cadence across these teams, manage and mentor PMs, and step in directly on high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch. Kraken is flat: you’ll work hands-on with Engineers, Designers, and PMs, and engage directly with the C-suite.

The Opportunity

  • Lead a team of Product Managers across Growth Platform (CommTech, MarTech, Content Platform, CMS, Affiliate/KOL) while acting as a high-impact IC on v0/v1 bets where needed.
  • Use AI to personalize content, send time, and upsell/cross-sell recommendations across channels, with compliance by design (consent, disclosures, regional rules), full auditability, and guardrails.
  • Design and build a best-in-class communications and content platform (push, email, in-app orchestration, experimentation/holdouts, templates, localization, governance) that accelerates time to market and enables personalization at scale.
  • Own and evolve the Affiliate/KOL platform, including accurate attribution and payouts, creator earnings dashboards, promo and asset libraries, partner APIs, and fraud/abuse controls, to drive creator activation and revenue.
  • Define the platform strategy that increases engagement and retention from day one by powering push, email, and in-app; unlocking self-serve for Marketing and Product; enabling A/B/n tests of triggers, timing, and content; and delivering team-owned improvements tied to clear KPIs.
  • Equip Marketing and Core Product Teams with best-in-class self-serve communications and content platforms: segmentation, orchestration, templates, and A/B/n on triggers, timing, and content, to maximize speed and impact across channels.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Lifecycle, Marketing, Core Product teams, Brand, Client Engagement, Data, and Engineering; partner with the C-suite to align on bets and unblock fast.
  • Drive adoption and measurable impact: operational docs, onboarding, feedback loops; KPIs include experiment volume and cycle time, self-serve adoption, delivery latency/uptime, and lifts in NTU (New Transacting Users), TU (Transacting Users), and retention attributable to the platform.

Skills You Should HODL

  • Minimum 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Depth in CommTech/MarTech/CMS/experimentation (orchestration, segmentation, event schema, APIs, data modeling, deliverability).
  • Experience building affiliate/partner platforms (tracking, attribution, payouts, compliance).
  • Strong analytical chops; turn data into decisions and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional written communication; calm, principled leadership across complex, cross-functional work.
  • Practical experience using AI/ML to personalize content, send time, and upsell/cross-sell, with at least one shipped use case.
  • Bias to action—comfortable running discovery, writing crisp PRDs, and launching quality v0/v1 in a fast growing, remote-first org.
