Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at ZEBEDEE, you will be responsible for driving company growth through identifying and converting new sales leads. Additionally, you will analyze the performance of the existing integrations and collaborate with other teams to improve performance where possible. You will be a part of the team that is the face of the company and is strengthening the ZEBEDEE brand by representing the company at industry events, establishing and maintaining industry connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales lifecycle, which will include scouting the market for opportunities and lead generation. Preparing presentations, pitching and demonstrating the products, tools and capabilities to close new business and upsell to existing customers.
  • Maximise business opportunities and achieve revenue targets by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with your clients.
  • Reviewing and optimising existing integrations; analyse performance and strategise on improvements that will increase the success of the clients business goals and expectations.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the company’s business products, processes and operations and remaining up-to-date on industry news.
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline of all your leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with numerous internal teams (including Strategy, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering etc.) to ensure you address the market needs and help you grow the business.
  • Thinking critically and outside of the box about how to best use data for driving business and product decisions.
  • Contributing to developing new product offerings based on the client feedback, help product and engineering to prioritise items in the roadmap based on the business opportunities.
  • Developing product and market expertise in order to best advise clients.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in the gaming industry is a must
  • Experience in BD/Sales roles
  • Sales orientated with an ability to negotiate
  • Analytical mindset
  • Extrovert personality keen to interact with clients, management, and peers
  • Strong presentation skills and the confidence to present to C-level
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
  • The ability to see the big picture, whilst being detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic personality that can operate in an autonomous environment
  • A team player, who is willing to go the extra mile
  • The ability to operate in an extremely fast pace, highly-demanding environment
  • Willingness and availability to travel (client meetings, conferences)
  • English – Native or bilingual proficiency
  • Happy to work remote


  • Familiarity with video games and Bitcoin
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in additional language
  • Knowledge of how to operate a CRM Platform
  • Familiarity with modern productivity software (Notion, Slack, etc.)
